The warm welcome experience from the hosts was delightful.

The bathroom was frustratingly cramped, making it uncomfortable. we faced issues with the timing of breakfast. it was far too early for our schedule. The lack of adequate parking spaces added to our stress, especially after long days of exploring.

staying here was fantastic as it’s just a few steps to Victoria Park, where I enjoyed a lovely afternoon walk surrounded by greenery, and Paignton Beach is only about a 10-minute stroll away, making it easy to soak in the sea views each day.

Being just a few minutes from the beach was convenient for walking around in the beautiful seaside air. The owners were friendly, making the experience even better.

The earlier breakfast times were a bit of a hurdle, especially after late arrivals. The top floor room felt like a sauna during the heatwave, even with fans provided. Bathroom amenities could use a little more elbow room, as space was on the tight side.
